Have you seen...I'm going to love this series!

Have you seen the version of "Lazy" in BELLES ON THEIR TOES(1952)? The children are working around the house singing about not having to scrub. I immediately thought of Monroe. :)

Since in the Monroe version the three characters are rehearsing, my sister and I were always trying to figure out what the scene would have looked like finished. I guessed that Donald and Mitzi are the butler and maid and would be attired in the appropriate uniforms.

By the way, I'm sure many a guy would have loved to "pull off" Marylin's outfit.
Ok, I've reached my dirty joke quota for today. :)JavaBeanRushhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05653117187583244224noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4558024187808401650.post-1435820228988805872011-08-12T02:25:22.650-04:002011-08-12T02:25:22.650-04:00This is going to be a cool series! Not many people could get away with that sash, but it's great.KChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17587905976811500791noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4558024187808401650.post-36032663762557892132011-08-10T22:20:08.664-04:002011-08-10T22:20:08.664-04:00I love this post!
